At ODP Business Solutions, we want to be sure that every purchase is the right one for You. If You are dissatisfied with Your purchase for any reason, You may return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
Exceptions:
- Furniture, Computers and Business Machines with accessories in original packaging can be returned within 14 days after purchase for a full refund.
- Opened Computers, Business Machines and Software (with accessories and original packaging) can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
- Cleaning, Sanitation, Breakroom, Safety (including COVID test kits, personal protective equipment, masks, face coverings, face shields, gloves, goggles, gowns, thermometers), Facility, and other related products and supplies cannot be returned.
- Special Order Products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items that are not stocked in one of our warehouses and/or are indicated as SPECIAL ORDER.

At On Track School, we strive to provide high-quality curriculum resources to support your educational journey. Please review our policy regarding curriculum purchases and payment plans:
Non-Refundable Policy: All curriculum purchases are final. Due to the nature of our materials, we do not offer refunds for any curriculum, whether purchased in full or through a payment plan.
Payment Plan Cancellation: If you are on a monthly payment plan, you may request to cancel future payments with at least 30 days' notice before your next scheduled payment. Once canceled, you will no longer have access to the remaining curriculum materials.
How to Request Cancellation: To cancel future payments on a monthly plan, please submit a written request via email to [email protected] at least 30 days before your next billing date.

Exploration-only Subscriptions: Following the receipt of their credentials, a scholar has a 3-day grace period during which he or she may request a refund.
Exploration Subscription with Headset Purchase: Following the receipt of their credentials and their headset, a scholar has a 3-day grace period during which he or she may request a refund.
Refunds only apply to Exploration Subscriptions, not headsets. Exceptions for headset returns and refunds may be requested but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a restocking fee.

RETURNS
We offer returns for product refunds within 30 days as long as the item is in full and unopened. Customers will not be refunded for original cost of shipping and are responsible for return shipping costs. International Customers will not be refunded on local customs and taxes.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Return Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect your returned products and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Prodigies Music
Prodigies Music is an online music curriculum that offers music lessons to ages PreK - 5th grade. The membership includes over 800 video lessons, along with printable sheet music, workbooks, lesson plans, and more.
Our colorful approach to music makes music lessons fun and engaging for young learners. Our lessons cover general music (music theory) which students can practice using deskbells, a xylophone, piano, our free Prodigies Bells app, and/or hand-signs. We also have lessons for recorder and ukulele for older students.
Our lessons can be streamed through our website or the Prodigies app, available on iOS, Android, Roku TV and Fire TV.
Return Policy
For the yearly membership, we offer a 14-Day return window for a full refund. For physical goods that are shipped to customers, we offer a 30-day return window, from the day your order was delivered.
