Return Policy
If you find that Wonder Crate is not a fit for your child please let us know and we will refund you for any remaining boxes on your subscription (i.e. you signed up for 6 months and after the first month you want to cancel, you will be refunded for the remaining 5 months and only charged for the box that you received). Return Policy
We accept returns of Yoto purchases from MyScholarShop within 60 days of purchase.
The product must be undamaged, unopened (for Yoto Cards and Yoto Card Packs), with its original packaging, and with all the original contents. All Policies and Processes remain subject to change at any time.
