Mr. D Math provides a variety of self-paced courses. Our math courses serve students from 5th grade to high school starting with Preparing for Pre-Algebra through Calculus I. Other courses offered include: SAT/ACT Bootcamp, Consumer Math, College, and Career Readiness, American Sign Language for Elementary, American Sign Language 1, 2, and 3 for High School Students, Junior Economics, High School Economics, American English Grammar, Comparative English Grammar, Comparative Literature and Composition, Digital Music Production, Training Like an Olympic Runner, and 8 Steps to Powerful Studying.

Nancy Larson® Science K–5 programs were created to help teachers and parents provide challenging and meaningful science content to elementary-age children. Our program’s methodology effectively builds a strong science foundation through in-depth study of topics and promotes long-term learning and knowledge of concepts. 

We are a complete science program that is easy to teach and includes hands-on activities, demonstrations, and experiments. We provide the items needed for these activities and experiments in our tool kits. There are also online resources that include videos and slideshows reinforcing the concepts taught with visuals the students love.

Children work as scientists—reading, highlighting, writing, labeling, annotating, and illustrating their scientific observations in their interactive student booklets. Throughout the journey of scientific discovery, Nancy Larson Science students learn through a multi-sensory approach, develop higher-level thinking skills, and comprehend and retain the concepts being taught.

We are excited to serve the Step Up for Students community! Our tools are designed to help students understand what is expected of them in class, build communication skills, manage behavior positively, and support learning. Our advisory board includes an award winning author, former LAUSD teacher of the year, adults on the spectrum, and therapists with over 30 years of experience working with individuals on the spectrum. We offer curriculum, games and kits for behavior support, visual supports, social skills, life skills, and reading. As well as sensory tools including swings, weighted blankets, sensory toys and more.

We have several free resources for families including: iTalkDoc app - this app is designed to help individuals communicate with healthcare and first responders when under stress and Autism Acceptance Coloring Sheets - to help you celebrate Autism Acceptance. We’ve also written several articles based on common parent questions including: What is brushing therapy? How do I create a calming area? How do fidgets help learning? Why is my child chewing on everything? How much weight should a weighted blanket have?

Nicole the Math Lady offers support for your student's math journey with engaging videos and automated grading for Saxon Math. The pre-recorded videos and online grading are not only tools that will help your student better understand the material, they are features that will foster independence and teach the important skill of self-correction. 

Our program offers support for each lesson in every Saxon Math textbook (Math 3 through Advanced Math.)

Our variety-filled structure is best described as a balance between the classical method and the Charlotte Mason approach. 

In contrast with a single textbook approach, we think that living books, hands on experiments, lab notebooks, and other activities will encourage more interest in science, particularly with younger students.

As a classical curriculum, Noeo Science emphasizes vocabulary development, especially in the younger years, develops critical thinking skills and logic through the use of the scientific method, and incorporates the classical stages of learning, i.e. the “Trivium” (grammar, logic, and rhetoric).

As a Charlotte Mason curriculum, we provide the best books available (including “living books”). Books and kits utilize a child’s early and natural curiosity to acquire knowledge ("Studies serve for delight”). Our lab manuals use narration rather than worksheets, tests, or repetitive drills to evaluate learning.
