Homeschool In A Box offers hands-on learning unit studies designed with a multi-sensory approach to engage and captivate every child in learning. Each box is designed by a homeschool mom of seven, who knows the importance of NO PREP TIME, and open and go materials. Boxes come with a week-by-week printed unit study and supplies needed to complete weekly activities. Perfect for a complete unit study or a great hands-on supplement to any learning. Subjects include Science, History, Language Arts, Literature, Physical Education, Foreign Language, Home Economics, Cooking, Woodworking, Art, and Geography. Each unit study is shipped one time, so no waiting for your materials to arrive each month! Digital Unit Studies are also available for purchase and instant download on our website.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure that all boxes are designed and packaged to meet quality standards, and to ensure they will be enjoyed by each child who receives it. If you are not happy or have a problem with your box, please contact us within 48 hours of your box arrival at [email protected], and we will work together to try to find a resolution to your concerns. Please do not open any individual kits or included materials in your box, as this will make your box ineligible for a full refund. All products and materials must be included and unused upon return to qualify for a refund. Once the item is received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued.

Replacement Policy
- If your packaged is received damaged, you must notify Homeschool In A Box at [email protected] within 48 hours upon arrival of damaged items to qualify for a replacement. Arrangements will be made to return the damage box; all books and materials must remain unused to receive full replacement.
- If an item in your box is damaged, you must notify Home School In A Box at [email protected] within 48 hours upon arrival of box to qualify for a replacement item.
- If an item in your box is missing, you must notify Home School In A Box at [email protected] within 48 hours upon receiving your box to qualify for a replacement item to be sent.
- All boxes are sent with tracking information, if for some reason you do not receive your box, please email [email protected] and we will work with our shipping carriers to locate your box, and arrange delivery, or send a replacement.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we do not offer refunds on our kits. If you have an issue with the product due to shipping, or a kit is missing an item that should have been included, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to correct the issue.
When you purchase a subscription this month, you are really in the queue for next month’s kit. (For example: if you purchase your subscription on any day in the month of August you will not receive your first kit until the first week of September). We know your excited about your new adventure and want you to understand that your subscription will not come the same month you purchase it in, that is not how our fulfillment center works. If you want a single kit and a subscription, the single kit will ship separately.

Returns on Store orders (non-subscription products) are on a case by case basis and the items are unused and in good condition. Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Subscriptions are not eligible for return or refund, so please choose a duration that best matches to your learning objectives. However, you can switch your subscription crate line (within the same price point):
- Koala, Kiwi, Atlas, Tinker, Doodle, and Yummy are compatible for switching. Note: Yummy does not have a Deluxe option for switching into.
- Eureka and Maker are compatible for switching.

Our best-selling plant education kit, includes 30 live vegetable and herb plants, 3 seed packets, a book on how to garden, and access to an online learning portal that will teach them how to plant, grow, and harvest your very own food.
The online learning portal includes written lessons, printable handouts, optional quizzes, recipes, and pre recorded videos to teach gardening skills. Subjects in the video lessons include: how to plant a garden, composting, pollination, nucleation, photosynthesis, ecosystems, and more!
All lessons are pre recorded so that students can learn at their own pace. The plant education kit can be used from k-12, and includes recommended lessons for each grade level.
Return Policy
Non-Plant Product Return Policy: For any undamaged non-live product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased. The term “Products” does not include any opened seed packets, seedlings or plants. In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Leaf’d Box will offer you an Leaf’d Box Gift Card.
Plant Product Return Policy: Due to the nature of live items, any opened seed packets, seedlings, flora, or plant product, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns and have a no-returns policy for these items. We do, however, always want to make sure our customers are satisfied, so please contact us with any concerns and we will do our best to assist and replace your plants if deemed appropriate. Please remember that seed, seedlings and plants are living organisms, and should be treated as such, and should be planted as soon as possible upon receipt.
