- Any retail item purchased directly from Demme Learning is eligible for a return.
- To be eligible for a return, you must be the original purchaser making the return.
- To return an item for a full refund or exchange, please call Customer Service at 866-440-9706 prior to shipping the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via the carrier of choice.
Denison Algebra
Brain-friendly, video-based math courses paired with a consumable textbook and created for college-bound students who don’t love math… yet. Courses include Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2 as well as the Success series for students with various types of learning challenges.

Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy for non-sale items lasts 30 days, therefore, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your diversity toy item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items will not be refunded.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned diversity toy item, an email will be sent to notify you about your return. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges

eat2explore is an award winning food & culture experience-in-a-box cooking kit designed to bring CULTURAL EDUCATION alive through the exploration of WORLD CUISINES for families.
We provide the hard-to-find, shelf-stable spice/sauce mixes with both cooking and educational lesson plans for families to explore world cuisine and cultures, while cultivating sustainable, healthy eating habits and tangible cooking skills. We currently have 24 countries to explore and we add new countries every year.
We aim to assist kids in developing the critical life skill of cooking at a young age while exploring the geography, history, language, art, and social studies of different countries through food.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will continue until the end of the current subscription term as the initial subscription payment is non-refundable.

On average, children in our system learn 1.5 years of mathematics over the course of 10 weeks when they use the system just 30 minutes per week. For parents, we guarantee that your student will learn at least 1 year of mathematics over the course of 3 months when you use just 30 minutes a week.We cover from counting through algebra, and accept students of all ages. Our system is a gamification of a proven curriculum. To the student it feels like a puzzle game that they play on web, mobile, or tablet.

We guarantee results and our refund policy is as follows: If your student in the first 3 months of using our program does not go up 3 months using our system an average of 30 minutes per week then we will either provide 3 months free or a refund of the three months (customer's choice).
