Return Policy
We have very strict refund and return policies. We suggest you carefully check the many sample pages of the curriculum or download the free version (if available) before deciding if the curriculum is right for you. Please also review your cart to ensure accuracy of the items and quantities desired before purchasing.
- Downloaded materials (all digital files) may not be returned, refunded, exchanged, or credited. All PDF purchases are final sale. Returns of the Creative Arts & Crafts Notebook are not accepted.
- All returns of physical products must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original condition and still in the bags and shrink wrap they came in.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable. You must pay the shipping costs for materials to be returned and/or any fees incurred due to package refusal.

The Landmark Kids

The Storytime Box
The Storytime Box is a unique children's book and activity subscription box, curated by an experienced teacher. Each box contains a children's book, learning/development info, literacy tips for parents, an activity sheet for kids, and special perks such as toys and craft projects. Books and activities are carefully selected to enhance each child's literacy experience.
Choose the appropriate age/reading level and subscription length (3 month or 6 month). Boxes are shipped at the end of the month, or on around the 25th. Customers must order by the 15th to receive the current box theme.

ThinkCERCA
ThinkCERCA empowers students to become critical thinkers, readers, and writers across all subjects. Our award-winning literacy platform is designed for grades 6–12 and provides a comprehensive English Language Arts curriculum aligned to Florida standards and the science of reading.
Families using SUFS scholarships will be purchasing access to our Core ELAR curriculum for grades 6–12, which includes engaging, real-world content, structured writing lessons, and built-in supports to help students build essential literacy skills.
Thrive Academics
Thrive Academics provides educational support for K-12 students. We deliver online nationally norm assessments in math, reading, and language arts. The assessments are available 24/7 and do not require a proctor. Parents can administer at their convenience.
We also provide an online life skills course for high school students called Voyage.
Voyage is an interactive, online program that walks high school students through key skills they need to transition into adulthood well. Whether they are trying to figure out a career, exploring a college path, or simply seeking to learn adult life skills, Voyage has the tools and lessons to help equip them for their journey.
With five interactive modules covering personal development, career planning, college planning, financial responsibility, and everyday life skills, Voyage is designed for self-paced, independent learning.

Return Policy

Parents should call 800-478-0672 or email [email protected] to start the return process. Please mention if the item that is being returned is damaged or defective. The item can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but it must be in a resalable condition (no writing in the books, pages missing, etc.). Occasional items, such as lab kits, are excluded. Once the returned item is received, how long will it take to receive a credit back to the scholarship account?
Returns are usually processed within 3-10 business days but can take up to six weeks during peak season. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover costs Timberdoodle has paid on your behalf, including the original shipping costs.

Time4Learning is a standards-based, robust online curriculum for PreK-12th grade that teaches core subjects: math, science, social studies & language arts. Time4MathFacts, our gamified math fluency program is included for grades PreK-5 in addition to their 4 core subjects. Our 6th-12th grade students receive 7 courses that can be chosen from core subjects and electives. TippyTalk
TippyTalk helps non-verbal people communicate. Our two-way picture-based messaging tool works for anyone with speech difficulties. The user taps on preset images or their own images using an iPad to create simple sentences that are read-aloud or sent as text messages to friends, family, teachers, or anyone in their community. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up and start messaging. Message recipients respond by sending audio or pictures or typed message using our TippyTalk Community App on any iOS or Android mobile device. This two-way communication through a private network is sets TippyTalk apart from other AAC systems.

tonies is a screen free audio system for kids. Through figures called Tonies, children can independently operate a Toniebox to play songs, stories, educational curriculum, and more.
Return Policy
We accept returns of any Tonies or Accessories within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging along with their original contents.

General Return Information
If a customer mistakenly orders the wrong items and wishes to return them, they will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Care team either via email [email protected] or phone 866-235-0414 for further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
In accordance with our shipping guidelines, pH adjusters are non-returnable due to their classification as corrosive liquids.
Tower Garden HOME and Tower Garden FLEX
We accept returns of Tower Gardens within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the Tower Garden within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts except the liquid starters (pH kit, pH tester, and Mineral Blend). A $75 fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

LED Grow Lights
LED Grow Lights can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the LED Grow Lights within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts, including lamps. A $75 fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only. Extension Kits
Extension Kits can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the extension kit within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts. A $15 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.
Dolly
Dolly returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the dolly within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts. A $25 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.
Support Cages
Support Cages can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the support cage within 10 days of receiving the return label. A $20 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.
Germinator
Germinators can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the germinator within 10 days of receiving the return label. A $15 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.
