Diversity in Toys is an online toy shop that brings together unique and custom toys, art supplies, weighted products, inclusive toys, autism toys, sensory fidget items, stress balls, and much more.
Our goal is to make available toys and products that enable children to see themselves reflected as positive members of society and have these available in one single location.
We are a women owned, family run business. While our site is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, we pride ourselves on answering our phones and emails. We strive to make ourselves available for questions, inquiries and orders and do our best to respond to you within 24 hours (shipping our products within 48 hours whenever possible).

Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy for non-sale items lasts 30 days, therefore, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your diversity toy item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items will not be refunded.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned diversity toy item, an email will be sent to notify you about your return. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges

Shipping returns
