Return Policy
Orders will ship once items become available, typically within the lead time listed on MyScholarShop for each item. Tracking emails will be sent from [email protected] when your order is dispatched. Consider regularly checking your spam inbox to avoid any loss in communication.
Most orders for more than $300 will require a signature upon delivery. If there are dates when you prefer not to receive your order, please contact Corzic Music to arrange a temporary hold. If an item cannot be delivered and returns to our store, we will contact you by phone or email to discuss next steps. Reshipping may require additional payment to cover costs.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days or even weeks. Please allow extra transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will attempt to contact you via email or telephone.
Corzic Music is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping as our shipping terms are FOB origin. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. You can also contact Corzic for assistance in gathering information or advocating on your behalf with the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process. If you receive a defective product, it must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
