If you find you don’t love your sound, you may return most items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Upon arrival, our team will verify that your product has met the above criteria before issuing a full refund minus applicable shipping (for delivery and return) and handling charges, and a 5% re-stocking fee. When sending your item back to us, please make sure that it is packed to the same standards in which it was received, using all supplied packaging.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we are here to assist you in this process. Please reach out to email@example.com and include your SAS number along with the necessary details about the product you wish to return. In most cases, we will ask you to provide pictures of the product as well as the original packaging materials. Once we receive your inquiry, our team will respond promptly with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
