We are excited to serve the Step Up for Students community! Our tools are designed to help students understand what is expected of them in class, build communication skills, manage behavior positively, and support learning. Our advisory board includes an award winning author, former LAUSD teacher of the year, adults on the spectrum, and therapists with over 30 years of experience working with individuals on the spectrum. We offer curriculum, games and kits for behavior support, visual supports, social skills, life skills, and reading. As well as sensory tools including swings, weighted blankets, sensory toys and more.
We have several free resources for families including: iTalkDoc app - this app is designed to help individuals communicate with healthcare and first responders when under stress and Autism Acceptance Coloring Sheets - to help you celebrate Autism Acceptance. We’ve also written several articles based on common parent questions including: What is brushing therapy? How do I create a calming area? How do fidgets help learning? Why is my child chewing on everything? How much weight should a weighted blanket have?

If You're Not Happy We're Not Happy! Your satisfaction is our goal. We want to assist you in finding the best products and information to meet your needs.
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, refunds do not include shipping costs. For a refund we ask that items be:
- Returned in their original packaging and in like new condition. We will ship these items to someone else so if you send it back please make sure that you yourself would feel happy to receive it!
- Include a copy of your packing slip inside the return.

Are you looking for a hands-on education that lets students experience their learning on multiple levels? You have a 30-day evaluation period after your curriculum arrives to examine it carefully and determine if it is the right fit for you and your children.

Once received at Oak Meadow, we'll issue you a refund, minus the 10% restocking fee, within 5 business days. Returned items must be received in like-new condition and not written or colored in, or highlighted. We don't refund shipping and handling charges.

At ODP Business Solutions, we want to be sure that every purchase is the right one for You. If You are dissatisfied with Your purchase for any reason, You may return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
Exceptions:
- Furniture, Computers and Business Machines with accessories in original packaging can be returned within 14 days after purchase for a full refund.
- Opened Computers, Business Machines and Software (with accessories and original packaging) can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
- Cleaning, Sanitation, Breakroom, Safety (including COVID test kits, personal protective equipment, masks, face coverings, face shields, gloves, goggles, gowns, thermometers), Facility, and other related products and supplies cannot be returned.
- Special Order Products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items that are not stocked in one of our warehouses and/or are indicated as SPECIAL ORDER.

Refund Policy
Exploration-only Subscriptions: Following the receipt of their credentials, a scholar has a 3-day grace period during which he or she may request a refund.
Exploration Subscription with Headset Purchase: Following the receipt of their credentials and their headset, a scholar has a 3-day grace period during which he or she may request a refund.
Refunds only apply to Exploration Subscriptions, not headsets. Exceptions for headset returns and refunds may be requested but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a restocking fee.

You can find "Flex" Classes in My Scholar Shop. These flexible schedule (“flex”) classes, don’t rely on live meetings. In a Flex Class format, teachers conduct the class by posting in the Outschool classroom and engaging with learners asynchronously. Flex classes run for a minimum of one week.

RETURNS
We offer returns for product refunds within 30 days as long as the item is in full and unopened. Customers will not be refunded for original cost of shipping and are responsible for return shipping costs. International Customers will not be refunded on local customs and taxes.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect your returned products and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
