I heard the PEP Scholarship is At Capacity, but I already applied. How do I know if my student was awarded a scholarship?

If your student was determined eligible for the PEP Scholarship and you accepted their scholarship, the student’s status will update to either “Awarded” or “At Capacity.”

If the status is “Awarded,” then a scholarship is available for your student. Please keep in mind that being awarded a scholarship does not guarantee funding as additional requirements, including income prioritization, are considered prior to PEP Scholarship funding.

If your student’s status is “At Capacity,” then a scholarship is not available for your student and your student is on the “At Capacity” list. While we cannot guarantee that more scholarships will become available for the 2026-27 school year, families will be notified if a PEP Scholarship becomes available for their student. Please keep in mind that accepting the scholarship is how an eligible new student is placed on the “At Capacity” list.

You can view your student’s status on your EMA Dashboard. If you have more students than those visible on the Dashboard, please visit the “My Students” section to view the statuses for each of your students. Please note that students in an “Awarded” status or an “At Capacity” status will continue to display as “Eligible” on their 2026-27 application.
