Return Policy
At VIAHART, customer satisfaction is highly important to us, so please review the below policy for the condition that is applicable to your order. Please note that returns must be initiated within 35 days of receiving the item in order for the following to apply.
- If your item arrived later than the forecasted delivery date, we will pay for the return shipping, as well as issue a full refund.
- If your product has a major defect (or we send you the wrong item), send us a clear picture of the defect to (9O4) 414-4O94 or in an email and we will refund you 100% of your order amount without a return.
- If we cannot identify the defect from the photo we will offer free return shipping and inspect the item when it arrives at our warehouse. If upon our inspection we identify the defect, we will refund 100% of your order.
- If you simply want to return the item, we will provide a refund for the item and charge shipping when it arrives at our warehouse if it is in unused and undamaged condition.
If the return is requested after 35 days of receiving the order, we may deny the return. If we accept it, or if the item is returned in a less-than-new or damaged condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, as well as the return shipping. Of course, this would not apply if the desire to return was caused by something we or our shipping carrier did.
We exercise the right to deny a refund if the item is returned in damaged or destroyed condition, or if the return is requested long past the 35 day return window.
