Q: If I want to use my scholarship funds towards streaming services- what will be covered?
A: For streaming devices, scholarship funds may only cover a plan for ONE member. That one member’s plan may be any pricing tier, include more than one device, and include ad removal.

Q: Will my scholarship funds cover “extra members” add-ons that allow people outside the household?
A: No. Scholarship funds won’t cover costs to add extra members. The scholarship funds would cover only the cost for a single-user subscription. If a single-user subscription is available, the multi-user item purchase will be prorated to cover only the student’s portion of the cost.

Q: How does the reimbursement process work for streaming services?
A: You would be reimbursed for the cost for one member only as outlined in the Purchasing Guides.

Q: Why was my reimbursement for my student denied, we have no added members?
A: If you feel your reimbursement was denied in error, please submit an appeal for reconsideration.
