1. Ensure all required fields are populated, such as, the Return Policy and any requested Pre-Authorization numbers.
  2. Remove all items from your cart.
  3. Add the items to your cart again.
  4. Log out of MyScholarShop and the Step Up For Students portal.
  5. Clear your browser’s cache (more info here)
  6. Log back in and repeat steps 1-3.
