Q: When can I make purchases for reimbursement?
A: Eligible items and services must be purchased between July 1 and June 30 using current school year scholarship funds.

Q: When is the deadline to submit reimbursement requests?
A: All reimbursement requests for the current school year must be submitted no later than July 31.

Q: How long does it take for a reimbursement request to be reviewed?
A: Families should allow up to 60 days for reimbursement requests and pre-authorizations to be fully reviewed after all required documentation has been submitted.

Q: What happens if my reimbursement request is placed on hold?
A: If additional documentation or corrections are needed, the request will be placed “on hold.” The 60-day review period restarts once the requested information is received.

Q: Is there a guide for when purchases can be made and when requests are due?
A: Yes. A table in our handbook outlines the purchase windows and corresponding submission deadlines for reimbursement requests.

Q: How long does it usually take for a reimbursement request to be processed?
A: Most reimbursement requests are reviewed within 7–14 business days during normal volume.

Q: Can processing take longer during busy times of the year?
A: Yes. During peak periods such as the start of the school year, funding renewals, or other high-volume months, processing may take up to 30 days.

Q: What if my request needs additional review?
A: Some requests require extra time, especially if:
• Documentation is unclear or incomplete
• Additional information is needed
• The provider is not pre-approved
These requests may take longer than the standard processing window.
