Return Policy

We sincerely desire complete customer satisfaction. To that end we offer a full refund of your online purchase if you:

- Return new books, unopened CDs, and DVDs in their original condition.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and accompanied with an original sales receipt.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Certain promotional items may not be eligible for return. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

While we strive to ensure that the books arrive to you in excellent condition, we do understand that circumstances can happen beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item in your order, please notify us within 30 days of your order date to receive a replacement copy. If you find a defect or issue with the book binding within the first 6 months, and you feel the book has deteriorated without significant use, we are happy to send a free replacement copy.

• Minibooks, ebooks and other digital products are non-returnable or exchangeable.
• After 14 days or without an original sales receipt, returns or exchanges will not be permitted.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
