No, you won’t miss your chance. By law, Home Education and the PEP Scholarship are two separate education options in Florida. A home education evaluation is not required when applying for a new or renewal PEP Scholarship.

PEP Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your PEP Scholarship is funded, you will need to notify your school district of your intent to use the PEP Scholarship and formally withdraw your student from Home Education with the district.
