No, you cannot. New Worlds Scholarship Accounts are no longer accepting new applications. You can still apply for Transportation, but it remains a separate stipend program with its own Season Open window. You cannot receive Transportation Stipends while participating in FTC, PEP, FES-EO, or FES-UA, because Transportation Stipends are only for students enrolled in public school. If you received a New Worlds Scholarship in a previous school year and still have funds remaining in that account, you may apply for a Transportation Stipend and continue to spend the remaining New Worlds Scholarship funds.
