A one-stop online shopping experience was created for families who have an education savings account.
MyScholarShop is a portal that allows you to purchase pre-approved instructional materials and curriculum without having to pay out of pocket.

How Does MyScholarShop Work?

“Pick it, Click it, and Ship it”

Search for what you need as you would on any online store and find the items you want. Mark them as a favorite for later, and check them out when you’re ready. MyScholarShop will do the rest, including checking to ensure you have available funds. Don't forget to verify your shipping address before checking out!

You are not obligated to use MyScholarShop. You can purchase pre-approved instructional materials and curricula directly from vendors and then apply for reimbursement.

What’s Available on MyScholarShop?

On the virtual shelves of MyScholarShop, you will find a wide variety of instructional materials and curricula related to your student's scholarship program's educational needs.

MyScholarShop purchases are fulfilled by third-party vendors who manage all shipping and product support directly. If you need assistance with an order, please visit the vendor’s page on MyScholarShop to view their customer support details and return or exchange policies.

At Step Up For Students, we believe families deserve choice, confidence and convenience. We do not profit from any transaction on MyScholarShop, and we always welcome suggestions for vendors who can expand our selection. Our goal is to make it easier for you to discover quality educational products and use your scholarship funds with peace of mind.

You can influence what vendors and products are included in MyScholarShop. In fact, many vendors have come on board based on parent requests!

Navigating MyScholarShop in EMA

Trending Questions

1. Access MyScholarShop from your EMA portal.
2. Open your requests by selecting the “Your requests” tab or “See all” under Recent requests:
3. If you do not see the desired request, update the filters at the top of the screen and click on the magnifying glass icon to find the desired request.
4. Click on the Purchase Order number to view details for that order. There will be a separate Purchase Order listed for each vendor included in the request.
5. The top of the screen will display the status of the order, including whether the vendor has confirmed the order and if provided, whether the item has shipped. 
NOTE: Not all vendors provide shipping information.
6. Further down on the page, you will see a section for “Related documents”. You can click on the applicable Document ID to open and view additional information related to the Order Confirmation and Shipping Information.
7. The “Confirmation notice” will display the number of Items in the order that the vendor has confirmed or rejected.
8. When included, the “Ship notice” includes information such as the Expected shipment date, Carrier, and Tracking number if it is available.

Step Up For Students (SUFS) will never ask for your SUFS account credentials or banking information by phone, text or email. Using third-party services to access your account violates our user agreement and may expose your data.
