By law, Step Up For Students must give priority to eligible renewal students who received a PEP Scholarship during the previous school year. Then, new scholarships are provided on a first-come, first-served basis unless the student is seeking income prioritization.

To be considered for the PEP Scholarship, please make sure that you have selected the "Accept Scholarship" button on your 2026-27 application no later than May 31, 2026. Your student will remain in a “Pending Review” status as we work to prioritize renewal students.
