Parental Collaboration

A Four Part Training Series

Building the Parent-School Partnership

The focus of this session will be on how to help every parent be part of their child’s learning process.

Participants will experience activities to assess their level of true collaboration with school families as they learn about the difference between engagement and involvement at their school.

Examining Our School’s Two-Way Communication

If you have ever heard yourself saying, “I told my parents countless times how things work in my class and they still don’t do what I ask them to do!”, then this session is for you.

Experience the power of establishing and sustaining two-way communication with families as you work on moving communication from a barrage of “what parents must do” to a culture of active listening, shared decision making, and systemic feedback.
