They will need to ask for a Return Materials Authorization # and provide some basic info on what they are returning. They will also need to complete the return form found on our website at here. Parents will need to indicate that the materials must be returned against the Step Up For Students account, since the parent did not purchase directly through Curriculum Associates and do not have their own individual account within our entry/finance systems.

- To return or exchange merchandise, simply follow the directions on the packing slip enclosed with your order. To return items that were shipped by truck, please call 800-793-7900 x 7522. FlagHouse cannot accept the return of a software, bathing, hygiene, or feeding product unless it is in its unopened original packaging. Please understand that FlagHouse cannot cancel custom-made items in production, nor accept their return unless defective. A restocking fee of up to 20 percent may apply.

2. Ship the item(s) to the special mailing address that will be provided to you along with the authorization number. Do not ship it elsewhere or your refund may be delayed. Properly pack the item(s) to arrive in good condition. Include your name, address, and authorization number on the outside of the box.
3. We refund your purchase once we receive the item in good, saleable condition. You will receive a refund within 4-5 business days after we receive the item.

- Mosa Mack is an online curriculum provider that offers a free 30-day trial so parents may preview the curriculum before purchasing. Once a curriculum is purchased, returns cannot be made.
